
The Legend of t'ai chi chuan as a father the legendary Taoist Zhang Sanfeng monaco, lived on Wudang Mountains between the twelfth and fifteenth centuries. It is said that monaco was inspired by observing the fight between a magpie and a snake, where the magpie attacked repeatedly from above, and the snake with his fluid motion and circular dodging his blows.
T'ai Chi Chuan gave birth to 6 main styles and the most famous is Yang, was codified in 1956 a version called the form 24 or form of Beijing, and this is the form taught Ki Dojo Association.
T'ai Chi Chuan philosophically means the art of using movement to bring him back to the absolute original, based on the principle of Yin and Yan, emptiness and fullness, the stillness and movement, dispersal and reunion. Patricia started with T’ai Chi Chuan in 1977 studying with the Chinese master Gia Fu Feng. From 1977 till 1987 she practiced aikido and ki-aikido.
At the association Ki Dojo she offers, since 1988, T’ai Chi Chuan Courses, increasing in 1990 her activity with Tao Yoga e Tao Fit. Ha tenuto numerosi stage su Feng shui, massaggio taoista e I-Ching.
In 1996 she published for M.I.R. editionsi the book "Pratiche Taoiste" and for lulu.com she wrote "L'Arte nel Tao", "Il Buongoverno Taoista", "Manuale di Astrologia Taoista", "Educazione Sessuale Taoista", "pensare Yin - essere Yang" e "La Toscana nella Pentola Taoista".
