HIP HOP

The meaning of the word Hip-Hop to be found around 30 years in New York, where the largest number of African Americans who lived in this city, given the social and economic hardships, felt the need to be heard.
In the past, dance Hip-Hop was seen as breaking where the dancer was performing mainly on the ground. This period was called Old School.

A fundamental change occurs in the '80s, when the style of music making changes and thus the dancer has to adapt style and steps. Thus was born the 'Hype, passing the New School, still evolving.

The proposed course seeks to examine all facets of the New School: hype at the New-Style, giving room for different styles such as Videodance (or commercial Hip-Hop), the Underground, the Krumping dance until arriving at the House , with the intention of bringing people to this new culture.
