Gymnastics and Soft gymnastics

The exercise class is a type of exercise tailored to the needs of practitioners. The exercises are performed slowly, almost tailor-made compared to the problems of each one.

Soft exercise

This type of exercise puts the muscles and joints in movement but does not overload them in a way that could cause damage. Movements are rather slow and are carefully checked by the instructor. This type of activity is suitable for those wishing to begin exercising or who have never exercised, not only for the elderly. It is also an appropriate activity for people with arthritic problems or other pathologies, and each personal situation is individually considered by the instructor.

Free exercise

This type of exercise is of moderate-heavy intensity and is done to music during the first 30 minutes, while during the second half of the lesson the various muscle groups are put in movement without overloading them. This activity is suitable for those who are relatively fit and want to move their bodies, have fun, sweat, tone their muscles and give their cardiovascular system a good workout. When combined with an appropriate dietary regime, this activity can be an aid to weight loss.
